8. Giveaways & Promotions

When you enter a FOAD giveaway, contest or sweepstakes, we collect your email address, username (for example your Epic, Discord or social handle) and any entry actions you complete. Entries are run through Gleam.io (Gleam), which collects and processes entry data under its own privacy policy (https://gleam.io/privacy). Entry is governed by the Official Rules posted with each promotion. We use entry data to administer the promotion, select and contact winners, and prevent fraud. If you opt in on the entry form, we will also add your email to our Mailchimp (Intuit) list to send news and promotions. Entry never requires you to opt in.

9. Third-Party Processors

We share personal data with service providers acting on our behalf, including Gleam.io (promotions), Mailchimp (email marketing), Discord and social platforms (community and entry verification), and analytics providers. They may only use data to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information.

10. Unsubscribe

Click 'unsubscribe' in any email, or email hello@foad.xyz, and we will remove you promptly.

11. Data Retention

We keep promotion entry data for up to 12 months after the promotion ends, or longer if the law requires. Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

Our services and promotions are for people aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact hello@foad.xyz and we will delete it. Where local law sets a higher age, you must meet it or have a parent's consent.
